Customer service was fast and efficient when I reached out to include a note ad the item was a surprise gift for a childhood friend’s 70th birthday. However, when I reached out to her to make sure she received the package she was happy I reached out as there was no note. They also arrived 2 days after the latest expected delivery date, which is due to USPS and not the vendor. All this being said, she says they are BEAUTIFUL! The vendor already responded that she had indeed included the note. Perhaps my friend discarded it inadvertently.
